Photography is offered as a specialist option within the Art & Design faculty. After an initial grounding in photographic techniques, students work towards a submission for the OCR Art & Design Photography 'A' level.
We encourage students to follow a wide range of options but they are free to specialise in the second year. Areas of study include fine art, photography, documentary, portraiture etc. and school work is liberally enhanced by gallery visits and location shoots.
The emphasis of this course is on creativity and the pursuit of personal ideas.
