THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above and Foundation course or a BTEC National Diploma. Students with 2 or more 'A' levels and who can provide evidence that other subjects have been studied are invited to apply. Portfolios of work are always required and mature students with relevant skills are welcomed.

REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ENTRY ONTO THE COURSE ARE:

• Evidence of creative or artistic ability by presentation of a folio or test.

REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE DESIRABLE FOR ENTRY ONTO THE COURSE ARE:

• A lower level course in photography or a course of which photography was part.
• A lower level of course of which general art or graphics was a part.

This new media design course is the result of the amalgamation of the Portsmouth College of Art (higher level courses) and Portsmouth Polytechnic.
